Default List of skill that I think need a change

[skill]Wail of Doom[/skill] Give it target and adjacent foes. So it viable in PvE with those slowing attack speed skill

[skill]"None Shall Pass!"[/skill] The only tactics skill that dont scale with attribute. Give it adrenaline gain per foe knocked down. Capping the adrenaline gain if must.

thats all I can think about now

That's actually not a bad idea with "none shall pass." Would make it more useful while not making it overpowered. The adrenaline gain would have to be kept minimal to keep it in line with charged/enraged strike and "For Great Justice" but with a 45 second recharage time "NSP" needs a buff anyway.

Wail of Doom however can be a bit devistating. While an aoe affect would be nice for PvE, in PvP I could see that being a bit TOO good.

/signed on the none shall pass idea, it really does need looking at again, for 10 energy your not getting that great a skill. Wail of Doom however as said would just be too powerful in PvP if buffed, it can be a great shutdown for bosses but for normal trash and mobs i can imagen it being useless
